Stephanie Locke, RMT

Stephanie Locke RMTStephanie has been with St Margaret’s Bay Chiropractic Centre for many years now and is also the smiling face that is sometimes behind the desk or doing your computerized spinal scanning examination or laser treatment as well as in her role as a registered massage therapist.

She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH), is well trained in all aspects of message therapy. While at CCMH Stephanie chose to do two terms in the chronic pain clinic, treating people that benefited greatly from massage therapy once a week. Stephanie’s experience in dealing with chronic pain patients was that, as a therapist you need to listen to everything the patient says and two patients with the same chronic pain condition will react differently to the same treatment.

Stephanie as well is trained to treat clients in different stages of healing as well as those who are pregnant. General Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue message, and cupping are all part of the treatments she offers. Stephanie is also trained and credentialed with our Theralase Laser for Cold Laser Therapy. Stephanie believes that it is important for chiropractors and massage therapist to work together for patients to notice major improvements.

Stephanie has clinic hours Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
