Are you wondering what we are doing in response to the COVID-19 situation here in NS?
There are many special processes and procedures in place for patient, doctor and staff safety. We will add all of the links here to our bulletins and promise to keep you up to date in this ever changing situation. We’ve got your back!
***PLEASE READ***
As regulated primary health care providers, we are permitted by the NS Dept of Health and Public Health to be available for EMERGENCY CARE during the State of Emergency status. This urgent and emergency care order is in effect until April 19th, 2020.
If you require chiropractic care, we are here. Please do not suffer or use emergency services if we can help. We will not have set hours at this time. Please do not drop in but call or email to arrange an appointment first.
If there is a chiropractic emergency please contact us at home. We will be in the clinic as needed but hours will be irregular so you will reach us faster here.

If you are not sure: We can answer many of your questions over the phone and determine how to help or schedule to see you if it your care is urgent or likely to become so without chiropractic care.
*If you are cancelling an appointment, please call or email the clinic so we can process that on site: 902-826-1088 and info@stmargaretsbaychiro.com. We will be in the clinic as needed providing urgent and emergent care. We will check messages and emails there as well but there may be a longer delay.
*We are also available to process any clinic product orders like supplements, ice packs, essential oils, etc. We can take payment over the phone by credit card or by etransfer. We will pack it up, spray with our medical grade disinfectant for extra precaution, and arrange to bring it to your trunk or leave on the deck out front or drop at your home. As our small token of support to the community – all products are 10% off to help out.
We know you and your health conditions. We know that some of you will be OK waiting for care until after the current order expires (dated April 19, 2020 at this time). We will be cancelling and rescheduling any regular appointments that we haven’t already changed until after April 19, 2020.
We know there are some of you in acute pain, right now. Please continue to access necessary chiropractic care to get through this challenge.
We also know there are some of you who are not in acute pain right now but the longer we go without care, emergency situations may arise. For you, we ask that you call us when you see or feel things are heading downhill. You don’t have to wait to hit the bottom. Call us or email us and we will discuss this with you, to determine if emergent care is needed and discuss any home care options.
We apologize in advance if we have to say no to chiropractic care at this time. We know this isn’t ideal patient care but it is necessary right now to limit to emergency care only. We miss you, too. We can’t wait to get back to normal and see you all again!
